How to Become a Christian

God’s word teaches us that we all have sin in our lives and that sin separates us from God. Because of this He sent his son, Jesus, to bridge the gap that sin creates between us and God so that we might have a relationship with Him.

When you recognize you have a void and emptiness in your life that only God can fill you must be willing to confess your sins to Him and invite Jesus Christ into your life. This experience is what the Bible calls being “Born Again.”

To receive Jesus into our lives mean that we are willing to believe in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead and acknowledge with our mouths that Jesus is the only one who can save us and forgive our sins. The Bible teaches that anyone who sincerely and genuinely calls on Jesus for personal forgiveness will be saved (Romans 10:9-10).
